Doulas of the Diaspora (“DoD”) occasionally uses photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, written testimonials, and other media to share our work, educate the public, support advocacy efforts, and promote access to culturally responsive doula care. This form allows you to choose whether and how your likeness, voice, or story may be used.
