As your doulas, we will be providing emotional, physical and educational support over the course of your pregnancy, labor and postpartum stages. We are also able to provide additional resources such as a review of your and your partner’s health history, an overview of common pregnancy complications, and evidence-based recommendations for effective prevention and intervention strategies. We do not prescribe medicine or treatment, but simply provide you with research-backed options for improving pregnancy outcomes. Additionally, we are happy to serve as a liaison between you and your provider and will always advocate for you, on your behalf.
