Biography: I became a mother at 18, and that moment cracked me open in the most profound way.

Today, I show up for birthing families as a doula, a social worker, and a lifelong advocate. For 18+ years, I’ve walked alongside parents in all kinds of life situations; supporting, guiding, and making sure they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.

My approach is intuitive, informed, and rooted in deep listening. I believe birth is a sacred, world-shifting moment. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to make sure you feel safe, seen, and held through every wave.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me hiking trails, chasing sunsets, and spending time with the people I love.

I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
