Three connected ways to receive support

Individualized care

The Care Compass

Weekly one-on-one postpartum doula care and private maternal mental-health therapy with licensed professionals who have perinatal expertise. Sessions help mothers identify priorities, address practical and emotional needs, and connect with additional support. Individual appointments are scheduled separately.

Daily support and connection

The Landing Lounge

A welcoming drop-in space available throughout each three-hour cohort session, with two to three postpartum doulas on site. Mothers can access newborn-care guidance, Baby Café and lactation support, practical assistance, rest, and peer connection. Specialized feeding concerns can be referred to an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Optional learning and activities

The Enrichment Experience

Loads of Love, Mama & Mi, Matrescence Mentoring, and Restore Your Core.
