Biography:

I’m a Dedicated mom of two, case manager at a health center, passionate about serving others with compassion and respect. Deeply involved in church as a Christian, I participate in ministry and community outreach. Christian faith is the foundation of my life, motivating and encouraging others through prayer, service, and acts of kindness.

Why did you become a doula?

I became a doula because I have a passion for helping mothers and families. It makes me feel good to help and advocate for moms to be heard, respected and supported. To witness a miracle of birth is both a privilege and a calling.

What is your personal connection to birth/family/community?

My personal connection to birth, family and community is the passion I have for caring for others and how they feel. Being present and being a great listener.

What is your philosophy of doula care?

My philosophy of doula care is compassion, advocacy, respect and empowerment. Providing emotional support and creating a trusting relationship. Listening without judgement and honoring different cultural and beliefs.

Who is your ideal client?

I welcome families from all backgrounds and believe every person deserves culturally respectful care that honors their beliefs, values, and individual birth goals. My purpose is to help families feel seen, respected, and supported as they welcome their baby into the world.
