Luna is a trained birth doula, wellness professional, and passionate advocate for women and families. With a background in client-centered care and years of experience helping individuals feel confident and supported, she brings a calm, compassionate, and nurturing presence to every family she works with.

Known for her warm approach and genuine care, Luna is particularly passionate about serving diverse families and helping create supportive, affirming experiences that help families feel seen, informed, and empowered. She believes every family deserves quality support during life’s most transformative moments and considers it a privilege to walk alongside them on their journey.

When she’s not supporting clients, Luna enjoys her involvement in church ministry, travel planning, event hosting/decorating, cooking, social dancing, nature walks, and experiencing new adventures.

Why did you become a doula?

I’ve always been passionate about caring for people during some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. Through my work in wellness, ministry, and community service, I’ve seen how much of a difference it makes when someone feels supported, heard, and cared for. Becoming a doula was a natural extension of that passion. I wanted to help families feel informed, confident, and advocated for as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

What is your personal connection to birth/family/community?

Family and community have always been at the center of my life. Growing up, I saw the importance of people showing up for one another—not just during celebrations, but during life’s transitions and challenges. Those experiences shaped my belief that no one should have to walk through major life moments alone. To me, birth is about more than bringing a baby into the world—it’s about nurturing relationships, building support systems, and helping families step into a new chapter with confidence and care.

What is your philosophy of doula care?

My philosophy of care is rooted in education, advocacy, compassion, and respect. I believe every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and empowered. As a doula, my role is not to make decisions for my clients, but to help them understand their options, trust their instincts, and feel confident in their choices. I strive to provide culturally responsive, judgment-free support that honors each family’s unique values, beliefs, and birth goals. Whether a birth unfolds exactly as planned or takes an unexpected turn, I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner every step of the way.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is someone who values support, connection, and intentional preparation for birth and postpartum. Whether you’re a first-time parent or growing your family, I love working with clients who want a collaborative partnership and appreciate having someone alongside them to educate, encourage, and advocate for them.
