Why did you become a doula?
I became a doula because I believe every birthing person deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered. With a passion born from witnessing many family births, I’m committed to providing personalized, compassionate care—whether at home, in a hospital, or birth center.

My philosophy of doula care is rooted in respect, empowerment, and individualized support. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel heard, informed, and supported throughout pregnancy and childbirth. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support while honoring each client’s unique preferences, cultural values, and birth goals. I view my role as a steady presence—offering reassurance, evidence-based information, and advocacy to promote a positive and safe birth experience.

My ideal client is a birthing person who wants to feel heard, informed, and supported. Whether they are planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, hospital or home birth, I am committed to supporting their individual goals. I particularly enjoy working with clients who are motivated to learn about their options and actively participate in their birth experience.
