Biography:

Mother of four—two girls and two boys—my lived experience has shaped my compassion and understanding when supporting others.

I have many years of experience working as a case manager and currently work in the healthcare field. I hold an associate’s degree in human services and a Community Health Worker (CHW) certificate. I’m passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming, supportive environment.

In my free time, I enjoy food and music, and I find peace in gardening.

Why did you become a doula?

I became a doula because of my own journey. I had my first son at 17 and went through a lot, often feeling alone and unsupported. That experience shaped me, and it’s the reason I’m so passionate about making sure other mothers feel supported, understood, and never alone.

What is your personal connection to birth/family/community?

My connection comes from being a mother of four and my own experiences navigating motherhood, especially at a young age. It showed me how important support and community are, and the impact of having consistent, compassionate support.

What is your philosophy of doula care?

I believe doula care should be compassionate, supportive, and centered around each family’s needs. Every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, and fully supported.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal clients are young parents who are looking for support, guidance, and reassurance as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
